2. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide to Us
Contact inquiries. When you submit our contact form (powered by Contact Form 7, a self-hosted WordPress plugin), we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the message you provide. This data is transmitted directly to our own servers and is not sent to any third-party form service. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to provide the services you request.

Payment card data is transmitted directly to and handled by our third-party payment processor; M Network does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Account registration. If you create a customer account on our Site, we collect your name, email address, and a password you choose, which is stored in encrypted form.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected automatically, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
- General geographic location (city/country level, derived from IP address)
We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information on our behalf. The data is pseudonymous — it does not, on its own, identify you by name. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using Google’s opt-out browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We use analytics data solely for internal purposes — to improve our content, understand audience interests, and optimize site performance. We do not use it for advertising or retargeting.

- Functional cookies: Our WordPress platform sets cookies to maintain basic site functionality, such as session state and security tokens.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and track sessions across pages.
- Third-party content cookies: Where third-party content is embedded on the Site (see Section 4), those providers may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.

4. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We work with the following third-party services in connection with the Site. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
Google Analytics / Google LLC. We use Google Analytics to measure Site traffic and visitor behavior. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Google (Payment Processing). Store payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. That processor receives your payment card details directly; M Network receives only a transaction confirmation and does not store your full card number.
YouTube / Google LLC. Our Site embeds YouTube videos to display podcast and content episodes. When you view or interact with an embedded video, YouTube may collect data including your IP address and, if you are signed into a Google account, may associate that viewing with your account. This is governed by Google’s privacy policy. M Network does not control or receive this data.
Instagram / Meta Platforms, Inc. Links to our Instagram profile appear on the Site. Clicking these links takes you to Instagram, which is governed by Meta’s privacy policy.
LinkedIn / LinkedIn Corporation. Links to our LinkedIn company page appear on the Site. Clicking these links takes you to LinkedIn, governed by LinkedIn’s privacy policy.
Web Hosting Provider. Our Site is hosted on third-party servers. Our host retains standard server logs (IP addresses, page requests, access times) as a normal part of web hosting operations.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and fulfill any resulting service engagement, and for up to three years thereafter for legitimate business record-keeping.
Store order records are retained for seven years to comply with standard business and tax record-keeping requirements.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months within our Google Analytics account, after which it is automatically deleted per our account configuration.
We may retain certain information for longer periods where required by applicable law.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at m@m.network and we will promptly delete it.
7. Your Privacy Rights
California residents. If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), to the extent those laws apply to our business. These include the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
To submit a privacy request or exercise any of these rights, contact us at m@m.network. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
