Parenting, hosting radio shows, scuba-diving, networking… If there’s a way to enjoy life, Brandon & Michele Vydelingum will find it. And it’s that first one, parenting, that gives them their strongest “why.”

“We live with three beautiful, crazy girls,” Brandon reports. “Jessica, 11, who loves singing; Avah, 4, who loves gymnastics; and Talia, 2, who loves EVERYTHING!” (Daughter Christina, 21, and likewise beautiful and crazy, has moved out and is studying veterinary medicine.) Just because a mom has a full-time job doesn’t mean she stops being a full-time mom. Alabama’s own Kayla Tamburello is living proof that we can have it all—it just takes commitment and a lot of hard work.

And that work comes in the form of managing a retail fragrance store while building memories and a life for her family: husband Nick and their two young boys, 5-yr.-old Vinnie and 1-yr.-old Sammie. The balance can be delicate, but Kayla embraces making it work. “My oldest is finishing up kindergarten, and he plays baseball four nights a week,” she says. “I played ball growing up, and it makes my heart so full watching him succeed and love the same sport I do.”
