Just because a mom has a full-time job doesn’t mean she stops being a full-time mom. Alabama’s own Kayla Tamburello is living proof that we can have it all—it just takes commitment and a lot of hard work.
And that work comes in the form of managing a retail fragrance store while building memories and a life for her family: husband Nick and their two young boys, 5-yr.-old Vinnie and 1-yr.-old Sammie. The balance can be delicate, but Kayla embraces making it work. “My oldest is finishing up kindergarten, and he plays baseball four nights a week,” she says. “I played ball growing up, and it makes my heart so full watching him succeed and love the same sport I do.”
“My passion, aside from my family, has always been PEOPLE!” she notes. “I love to see, help and guide people to want more, do more, and live better than they imagined.”
Kayla is psyched that M.Network is here to help her achieve greatness—just don’t ask her to pick one product as her favorite. “Oh, my!” she laughs. “Is ‘all of the above’ an option? I would say right now I use GO most frequently… I LOVE the energy! Soul is probably my second-favorite, because I’m one of those people who can’t just come home and go to sleep; I have to wind down. Soul has helped me tremendously with that, and in the evenings I can definitely tell I’m not as on-edge. I fall asleep more easily and wake up feeling more rested than normal.”
M.Network’s business opportunity is fueling Kayla’s dreams at least that much as well. “My passion, aside from my family, has always been PEOPLE!” she notes. “I love to see, help and guide people to want more, do more, and live better than they imagined.” She’s keenly attuned to what the M.Approach can mean for her future. “The compensation plan blew my mind,” she says. “The way it caters to a team, as a whole, being successful together is just pure genius. I knew this would set me up and put me in a place to help others succeed, therefore my own success would find me as well.”
One of those success-stories-in-progress is amazing: “[One] lady that joined me in the business messaged me randomly after seeing a post I made about joining [M.Network],” Kayla reports. “I sent her some information, but didn’t hear back immediately. I assumed she was blowing me off, but decided to touch base with her again—it turned out she’d had a heart attack and was in intensive care! She was a little bored there, so she spent her time on Zoom calls with all of us and signed up immediately. She literally started her business from the ICU! She’s M2 now with an amazing team, and also pretty close to earning Cabo!”
For all her go-get-’em attitude and people-loving ways, we really need Kayla to answer to one more thing: She says she loves doing taxes. “A fun-filled day for me,” she insists, “would be organizing my receipts and adding up deductions!”
Okay, then. Just one more indicator that there’s a place for everyone at M.Network!
